Textured Jersey is one of Sri Lanka's most sophisticated facilities, manufacturing knitted fabrics for the intimate apparel and sportswear industries. Specialising in the manufacture of high quality, weft-knitted and dyed stretch fabrics, it is a major supplier to apparel manufacturers throughout Asia and end-chain retailers. Amongst its largest are Marks & Spencer and Victoria's Secret.

Infrastructure at the facility enables a capacity to knit, dye and finish up to one million metres a month.

The company is a strategic supply chain advantage for the Brandix Group, catering to its customers with flexible services and products delivered speedily. Textured Jersey supplies the two largest Group companies producing its core products, specialising in stretch fabrics. As part of the Group-wide initiatives to adopt more environmentally friendly practices, Textured Jersey has established a disaster recovery site and other green initiatives in a continuous focus on raising required environmental and safety standards. The company was awarded the prestigious Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification, an internationally recognised test for harmful substances present in textile manufacture, which is now the benchmark for quality and safety amongst the textile industry in Europe.
