The Platinum Accreditation is the highest level of award given to employers who meet ACCA's statements of best practice in all areas of training and development which is comprised of four different accreditation levels covering areas of Study Support, Work Experience, Supervision, Appraisal and Workplace Development, Training Records and Continuous Development of Staff. In order to receive accreditation at this level, employers must provide full financial support and be able to demonstrate senior management commitment to the training and development of employees.
