Garment Technician

The Job
Your main responsibility is to establish and implement quality and technical standards for the development & production of new styles within the manufacturing facilities where you will work with the product development team/s ensuring new products are in line with agreed customer quality standards, check & approve the buying/development sample highlighting all technical, aesthetic & fit requirements. You have to conduct pre-production meetings with the manufacturing facilities & establish production standards. You will also be responsible to provide completed technical packs to the manufacturing facilities, assisting in improving the production process to ensure product is made using best possible method.
The Person
You will possess a sound technical knowledge with a textile degree/ diploma from a recognized institute with a minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity. Problem solving, innovative thinking and execution excellence will be required competencies. You should have the knowledge to read, interpret customer requirement and specifications.

Planning Executive

The Job
Your primary job role is to plan out the customer orders as per the available capacity of the factory and negotiate the delivery dates on behalf of the factory as well as the customer. You would also be required to coordinate between the Marketing, Procurement and the Operations teams to ensure the optimum utilization of the capacity and the preparation and the accuracy of the sales forecasts. You will be responsible to ensure the achievement of sales, profit and growth targets of the company whilst working cross-functionally to deliver set KPI's.
The Person
You should pocess a University Degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics or be professionally qualified in CIMA/ CIM with a minimum of two years work experience in a similar capacity. An entrepreneurial mind-set combined with proven skills in leadership, communication and strong analytical capability are required competencies. Previous exposure to the Fast React System would be an added advantage.

Senior Quality Assurance Executive

The Job
You are required to ensure that orders are delivered to the customer within the quality and time requirement. You will monitor buyer standards and ensure accurate garment construction with minimal rejects prior to final inspection. And you are also expected to ensure the shipment pass rate as targeted and are jointly responsible for the achievement of production and shipment targets. Resolving deviations from prescribed quality standards and implement quality systems, processes and procedures are also part of your job responsibilities.
The Person
You should preferably posses a degree in textile engineering. Holding an academic/professional qualification in production with an additional certificate/diploma in quality assurance/management would definitely be advantageous. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the industry with bra/brief experience is required. You must be an excellent communicator, perform under pressure and manage your priorities whilst delivering flawless execution.

The Job
As a senior Work Study Executive, your main responsibility is to ensure the most effective & viable manufacturing system and application to the factory. You will also be responsible to plan company resources (Man Power, Machinery and Materials) in order to maximize their utilization and maintain higher efficiency levels presenting accurate SMVs. You should ensure all staff responsibility for the whole manufacturing process in the factory and you should also identify and fulfill the training needs, should represent the department with management requirement in the company. You should work closely with the Production/ Product Development/Quality Assurance/Maintenance/MRP, HR, Supply Chain and Planning Departments to ensure that the factory requirements are being fulfilled throughout the process.
The Person
You should posses a degree in Textile & Technology Engineering. A diploma from the Institute of Management Studies (UK) and holding a GSD License (UK) will be considered as added advantages. You must be able to clearly and concisely disseminate information and improve the overall performance of your staff. You should demonstrate in-depth knowledge in garment analysis according to production sequence, pattern engineering, sewing machinery and other production related equipment. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity with a total of 3-5 years in the work study field.

Production Executive

The Job
You as the job holder is expected to work with the team in managing the respective shift/ production unit. Your primary responsibility is to ensure work is carried out according to the planned process by maintaining schedules, achieving production targets, assigning jobs to the team, overseeing their performance and implementing administrative and technical decisions for the smooth functioning of the process. The on time delivery on planned efficiencies, quality standards, HR KPI's and 0% CIF rejects ensuring 100% OTD are also connected with you job responsibilities. The job holder will report to the Production Manager.
The Person
A degree in Production Engineering or a professional qualification in a related field is preferred with a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role within the industry. The high display of effective communication & interpersonal skills and to be able to liaise with all relevant teams is expected of you in leading the relevant shift/production unit to achieve the set targets. Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities and performing under pressure is imperative for the job role. You need to be a proactive, assertive and forward thinking person with a high degree of ownership & commitment in delivering operational excellence and a performance oriented team player.

The Job
Your primary responsibility involves handling procurement related activities for a business partner of BMA, including negotiating with suppliers for rates, raising Purchase Orders in the ERP system and ensuring approvals, follow up and closure of all open Purchase Orders, preparation and provision of MI as required.

Assistant Accountant - Operational Finance

The Job
You will be responsible for all the Operational financial aspects of the assigned CBU operations including manufacturing process on a day to day basis. You will take charge of the full spectrum of the management accounts and control function for the CBU including financial reporting, budgeting, Sales Monitoring, Inventory management and ensuring existence of appropriate internal control system. You will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of overhead budgets for the CBU. You need to have a thorough understanding of all operational KPI's and you are required to monitor these on regular basis and provide inputs to the operational teams to achieve operational excellence. You will ensure that the CBU/ Factory are compliant and adhere to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. You will conduct regular reviews of the financial standing of the CBU in order to take proactive measures to achieve the financial projections of the CBU. If need arise you are required to travel India and Bangladesh as well.
